The Capistrano Indian Council is a non-profit organization based in San Juan Capistrano. The mission of the council is to maintain and preserve the Indian culture, heritage and spiritual preferences.

Father Art Holquinn, pastor of Mission Basilica San Juan Capistrano, presided over the annual worship service. The beautiful service was a celebration of our common gratitude to the Lord who is the giver of all good gifts. It was a very intiment setting were the council was able to also learn more about Fr. Art and his background. The day concluded Fr. Art blessing the Harrison House follwed by a potluck lunch.
